  1. red children's ride on toyIs the PlasmaCar difficult to assemble?  Though adult assembly is required, the PlasmaCar is quite easy to build, taking between five and ten minutes to complete.  Assembly instructions are included with your car, and are available on the home page under “assembly instructions.”  Please read the instructions carefully before assembling your PlasmaCar.
  2. On what type of surface does the PlasmaCar work best? The PlasmaCar is meant to be used on a smooth, flat, hard surface and will not function properly on carpet, grass, gravel, sand or any surface with “give”.  For more information, please view the Safety Guidelines outlined in the PlasmaCar Instruction Booklet. 
  3. Does the PlasmaCar come with a warranty? The PlasmaCar is warranted against manufacturer defect for 6 months from the date of purchase.
  4. What is the weight limit for the PlasmaCar? On a smooth, flat, surface, the Plasmacar can support up to 100kg (220 lbs) and will support up to 55kg (120 lbs) on rougher, uneven surfaces.
  5. What is the maximum speed of the PlasmaCar? On smooth, flat surfaces, the PlasmaCar can reach an exhilarating, but kid-friendly, speed of up to 2.8 meters per second, or over 10 km/hour (6 mph)
  6. Is the PlasmaCar safe? When used properly, the PlasmaCar is absolutely safe.  Please refer to the Safety Guidelines outlined in the PlasmaCar instruction booklet for proper usage of your PlasmaCar.  In addition, the PlasmaCar meets or exceeds all International safety standards including EN71, ASTM F963-07 and US CPSIA.  
  7. How do I find a local PlasmaCar retailer? To find an authorized Plasmacar retailer, click on the “retailer” link provided on the home page.  Enter your zip / postal code in the field provided and click on “go”.  A list of our authorized retailers in your area will appear.
